Purchasing a high value pool or snooker product is an investment. That is why we offer you the option to Pay on Finance if your cart value is £250 or more over terms of 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months.

Finance Terms and Conditions
If you have a successful application then you will be asked to verify your identity by authorising a 50p charge against a credit or debit card that you own.
This protects both you and us in the event of fraudulent finance contracts. No money is taken from your card, it is solely used to verify that they are valid and registered to your address.
To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, V12 Retail Finance (V12). If your application is successful you’ll enter into a credit agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc; the parent company of V12.
Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received goods from us then you will be liable to pay us in full for the goods received unless your right to cancellation applies.
Interest free finance is only available on selected products at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.
Finance - The FAQs
Am I Eligible for Finance?
Finance through our external partner V12 is available on any purchase over £250 up to a maximum of £15,000. This amount is based on your shopping cart value and can include delivery and additional items. You will also need to be:
- 18 Years old or over
- A UK resident for 3 or more years, or a permanent UK resident
- Be able to make regular payemtns by direct debit
- In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment*
- Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.
Other conditions may apply on an individual basis and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. *If you are retired and you currently receive a pension then V12 may require proof of having sufficient income.
What Will I Need to Apply?
All you need to do is first select the Pay with Finance payment option at checkout, then on our 'thank you' page you will need to click the button to open the V12 application form. Simply complete this form and add an electronic signature. It is important that you use your full name and address and make sure that everything is spelt correctly.
If successful you will then be asked to verify your identity by authorising a 50p charge against a credit/debit card that you own that is registered in your name at the address provided during the application process. No money will be taken from the card it is used to check it is valid and registered to your address. This process protects you and us against fraudualent finance contracts.
How Long Does it Take to Apply and Receive a Decision?
The application form takes around 5-10 minutes and after completion you should get an instant answer. In some cases V12 - our external finance partenrs - will need to look at application more closely, this will come through as 'referred'. This will be looked at by the underwriters before a decision is made.
What Happens if I am Turned Down?
We cannot guarantee that your application will be successful. There are a number of reasons as to why you may be refused finance. These can include mis-typed information, or not meeting the eligibility requirements above.
If you are not successful then you can still get in touch with us to make a payment via PayPal or a Credit/Debit card should you wish to do so. If your application happens to be declined by V12 then it is usually for one or more of the following reasons:
- You did not meet the eligibility requirements
- Adverse credit reference agency information
- A poor credit score
- You are considered over-committed financially
- Your existing account performance with other lenders
If you wish to appeal the decision made by V12, it is advised that you obtain an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to V12. As a credit broker offering credit products on behalf of V12 we cannot respond to these appeals directly.
