Last shipping dates for Christmas 2015

This is just a short post regarding our last shipping dates for Christmas delivery in 2015.

UK Services

Our last day for sending items out is the 23rd December. We are able to dispatch orders received before Midday on this day.

The 23rd December dispatch is still not a guaranteed delivery service so we do suggest getting in as early as you possibly can.

Please note: From Monday 21st December to Wednesday 23rd December we will providing a FREE upgrade from our regular Economy Service on all small items to 1st class post (this is not a guaranteed service) and all cues/cases/lighting/ball sets will be sent via ParcelForce 24. You can still pay the upgrade on smaller items if you want tracking via the ParcelForce 24 service.

International services

Our Airmail services to Europe and the Rest of the World are no longer guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.

The Euro Priority and Global Priority services last date for Christmas delivery is Thursday 17th December. We can (and will) still dispatch goods right up until our break on the 23rd December but some items may not be delivered until after Christmas.

Holiday Closure

We are a small business with a team of only 3 people, as such we all have families and friends that also want out time over Christmas so we are having a slightly extended shutdown this year.

We close for Christmas at 4pm on Wednesday 23rd of December.

We reopen from 9am to 1pm on Tuesday 29th December and Wednesday 30th December.

We are closed from the afternoon of the 30th December and then reopen in the new year from 9am on Monday 4th January.

Ordering when we are closed

It is no problem at all to still order whilst we are closed, your orders will just get added to our system and will be processed when we return.

If there are stock issues then we will not be able to deal with these until the New Year as the majority of suppliers shut for Christmas and New Year and then reopen on the 4th January. We will still have access to email and will do our best to contact you should there be any problems.

Contacting Us During Closure

The only way to get hold of us during the closure will be via email, this will be answered once per day (except Christmas day and New Years day) at around 10am.
