Christmas is Almost Here

Ronnie O'Sullivan Welsh Open

It has been the busiest month in Billiards Boutique history which means the blog has been somewhat neglected of late. I had originally planned to get some articles written about the Mosconi Cup (Another amazing win for Team Europe), The World Pool Masters (Won by Shane van Boening here in the UK) and The UK Championship (won by Ronnie O’Sullivan in a truly great final), all of which have now passed us by.

I can’t complain about how busy we have been and for the first time ever I have had to get in extra staff to cover the demand for snooker cues and accessories. This has always been the busiest time of year but for the third year in a row traffic to the website and sales have pretty much doubled.

Obviously at this time of year things can go wrong, especially where couriers are concerned, but we do always try and resolve issues in a timely manner which is something I am quite proud of.

Stock is a fluid dynamic at the moment and when it comes to pool tables and other large games tables we are pretty much done both in terms of stock and in terms of being able to fit these orders in for delivery before Christmas. With accessories, cues and cases we are pretty much OK stock wise but that does change on a daily basis. Where these items are concerned as long as we have the stock (always best to call to be 100%) then we can guarantee delivery right up to a 23rd December dispatch if you opt for a courier option.

All Custom made snooker cues ordered now will not be completed until the middle of January and likewise with any Pool Table orders, these will not be delivered until at least Mid-January possibly towards the end.

One thing I must try and remind you is to use your Loyalty Points, these give you discounts similar to a Tesco ClubCard and can be applied even alongside another discount or special.

You can find your Loyalty Points balance by logging into your account. If however, you have paid using PayPal or Amazon Payments then just drop us an email and we can apply your points to a new account manually.

Look out for specials and discounts either onsite or entering your inbox or in your packets as we try to get you what you need in time for the big day.
