Our payment system is provided by Worldpay (this means you will be transferred to Worldpay to make your payment) - they are the world leader in secure online payments. Your information is transferred to Worldpay via an encrypted Secure Socket Layer. The encryption level is 128bit, currently the highest level of encryption used on the internet which means that your data is safe.
Due to Credit & Debit card Charges we have a minimum order amount of £8.00
Alternatively you can also make payment via PayPal, which utilises the same level of encryption. This means you can use PayPal funds from your own account or pay via Debit/Credit card.
Some of our customers in the past have had concerns over transferring data over the Internet, although we assure them that it is 100% safe they still prefer a different method of payment.

You can get now get Free Delivery on every transaction in England & Wales.
Free delivery will make use of Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class and signed for, for more expensive items we use Business Post (Tracked & Insured service) or Special Delivery.
Free delivery is available to England & Wales, plus some parts of Scotland.
Further delivery options have been made available via drop-down menus on the shopping cart page. These are:

You may return all items sold by Billiards Boutique within 30 days of delivery for a full refund* - No Quibbles, no hassle, if you are not happy then we are not happy! You may also cancel your order with us within 14 days of your contract with us, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order within this time period then you will have a full refund including delivery costs, in order to gain your refund you must follow the guidelines laid out below. If the return is caused by our error (i.e incorrect product being delivered) we will also pay the return delivery, in any other instance the customer assumes full responsibility for the cost of returning the item.
Guidance on Returning Items to us (within 30 day period):
- Goods must be unused and in saleable condition
- Cues and Cue shafts must not be chalked or show signs of use
- Return in packaging supplied for ease of return
- Our address is on the reverse of most parcels please use this for return
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned parcels reach us, proof of postage is not proof of delivery, we advise that you return the goods via a signed for or tracked method to ensure they arrive with us.
We will only offer a partial refund on (Our standard restocking fee for these items is 25%):
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- A product that has been made to order.
We will exchange items only when they are defective or damaged through no fault of the customer.
The item I received is incorrect.
If we have made a mistake please inform us as soon as possible, we will try everything in our power to rectify the issue promptly. This will also mean us paying for any return postage caused by our error.
To make a return you must first contact us with your order reference/invoice number. We will then give you a return code that must be included in the returned package if we are to deal with your return efficiently. Most returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Refunds will be made via the same method that the items were paid. However, in certain circumstances we reserve the right to pay your refund via a company cheque.
